Refund Policy

Please note, colours may vary slightly from the mockups shown on our website due to different on-screen monitor settings. Designs may also vary slightly per device to ensure the best layout possible for the design.


We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, However if you are not completely happy then you may return the goods to us for a refund, provided:

  • The goods are unused and in their original packaging
  • You tell us within 7 days that you will be returning your item
  • Your return reaches us within 14 days of the date you received your item

Please note, HEAROES cannot accept responsibility for any goods returned by any other method than recorded delivery, or via a courier company that requires a signature on delivery. Nor can HEAROES accept any returns that are sent in a condition other than they were received.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial delivery will be deducted from your refund.
